How my journey began

I’ve worked in the talent acquisition field for almost a decade with the Fortune 500s to the two person startups of the world. During this time I’ve seen all too common mistakes people were making in their job search that prevented recruiters from seeing the best version of themselves. Using my expertise, I seek to help those who are looking for a new position, want to brush up on their interview skills, or even just lend a sympathetic ear.

In her spare time Ali has many hobbies including opera, embroidery, baking, and gardening. Essentially, all her favorite hobbies are those of a grandmother. She also had a LinkedIn series (Fridays with Ali and Carol) dealing with common recruiting plights.
